Well now to get back to where my original point was headed, before Bobby U. misdirected things with his claims that Chambers Co. has no wetlands, buying 740 acres there may not be worth a whole lot, especially if the mineral rights aren't with it.

Before anyone says "why of course they would get the mineral rights", just remember they have already done this with their 290 acres next to America's Funniest Home Oil Strike. Which they just don't seem to have the mineral rights to as well. Has it been so long ago that none remembers the wild speculation that Marvin Davis and Davis Oil were lined up to try and buy that land for a huge premium?

Of course at this point, the news of that strike has never materialized, now has it.
