To all... I'm aware of this company as having made break throughs in the area of plasma etch, but did not get excactly what the break through is. In what ways are their systems better than those made by other companies such as AMAT and LRCX? How far are these companies behind in this technology? Thanks, Rob Mannel P.S. When do they report earnings?
