OK, Forthright, Lets put your post under a microscope.

FALLACY:
1) MTEI has 20 million shares outstanding.

FACT:
MTEI has 17-18 million shares outstanding

FALLACY:
2) The good ol' boys show up with their private company and decide to sell it to MTEI for 50 million shares (or $40 million since the stock was trading at around $0.80 at the time of the announcement).

FACT:
It was around 8 CENTS

FALLACY:
3) The next day the company has 70 million shares outstanding.

FACT:
It was several weeks, NOT the next day.

FALLACY:
4) The same next day the promoters claim the properties are worth $200 million, not the $40 million that was paid a day earlier (or was it a few hours ealier).

FACT:
The properties worth are stated in the press release, not the promoters ( whoever you are referring to) Again the 40 million is a fallacy.

FALLACY:
5) $200 million divided by 70 million shares equals, guess what? $2.85 per share. Bingo the art of creating $160 million overnight. I love America, the land of opportunities.

FACT:
Oh well, you got 1 out of 5 right, except it didn't happen OVERNIGHT... :}
