Idle speculation on the next offering and why it seems to be delayed. Intellisource is off until 1999. This has necessitated moving another offering up. Who?Vision is not ready. The one offering they would like to get out soon is ICG. The internet market is ripe. At the shareholders meeting Walter Buckley stated, "two of our companies are in the process of filing for an IPO some time this year." It seems to me that it would be good to have ICG's rights offering before their companies go public. Just thoughts with no factual basis. bob
