Skeeter and Pat ... re the $750M ... on the cc they talked about spending $1 billion over the next 3 years on the TI plants, specifically Italy and the Singapore T&A facility ... IMO they won't spend dime one on Italy but will instead find some way of getting rid of it ... they had to take it as part of the package because TI wanted out of its committments there (including the $190M debt)... Italy's too far from Boise, the culture gap must be huge and why would they expand capacity 1000s of miles away when they can do it at Boise ... there whole history has been pretty much single-site ... IMO the only reason MU did this deal was to get 750 million green ones ... plus they get a royalty break (estimated at $60M p.a.) for 10 years regards, Mike
