Jim - The units reported sold by CPQ were actually sold to the channel Stop this nonsense, it contributes nothing and just obscures the real situation. CPQ is not currently measuring sales performance on sales into the channel but on sales out, and has been doing this since April. The only thing that gets returned to CPQ is bad units, just like Dell. Some people on this thread might want to understand what's really happening. I wish you would look a little deeper before you post these erroneous opinions.
