No way, man! It was a lawyer! Not all lawyers are bad! Here is the funny part: I wonder how long it will take Jim to figure out the joke. Then if he has any sense at all, he will request the post be removed. I know I would... That's when I will know he wised up a little. But, jeez, you would think that in these suspect cases, he would at least read his own writing out loud before he posts it.
