Your numbers are too high. If Sigma sells a board with their chip on it, they only receive the revenue for the board. When they sell a chip, they only receive the revenue from the chip. Don't add them together.

If Sigma gets a big PC OEM deal, they will need to reduce their price, to do the deal. Daughter cards will be part of their sales. For the year, ASPs for total boards should fall between $35 and $50. Chip ASPs, $12 to $15. Units over 600K(yes, 1 million is possible, but until the market develops, and Sigma keeps its place, use the lower number).

Sony, Philips, and Panasonic up-grade kits. I think I know why.
