On Friday, June 19, 1998, I talked with Patrick Rost. Here are a few points I talked to him about:

... JNNE owns 600,000 shares of AmeriNet Financial Services (ANFS). It is Patrick Rost's opinion that ANFS is positioning itself to be bought out. No shares have been sold since they were received in October 1996.

... There will be news next week regarding first revenues received from Costco deal and other news he could not elaborate on.

... JNNE will try to be reporting company by this fall.

... The mailings (150,000) will go out Tuesday June 23, 1998.

These are my comments:

... JNNE's biggest asset is the stock in ANFS. ANFS looks to be a bigger beneficiary of Costco financing. They get most of the fees but have the operating cost. Has anyone been able to get any information on ANFS? There no volume and the SI thread is dead. Is there anyone who is invested in ANFS and JNNE who could shed some light on which company has the most potential (return on $$)?

... As one of the largest shareholder of ANFS, JNNE should be able to get better financial information from ANFS than is being released.

Please, any comments.
