Thanks for the life story. However my question was a rhetorical one, not a platform for your life story. I have met and worked around several FBI agents, and have found that a good 80% are babbling idiots, who probably wore pocket protectors in high school, who feel they are gods answer to law enforcement, and have no common sence. If the situation is not covered by their fbi general manual, they are lost. Now like I said, that is about 80%, the other 20%( FBI's HRT, Robbery team, and some others, who spend there time in the line of fire, are top notch, and I have never worried going into dangerous situations backed by these agents. However going into the REAL word backed up by an accountant fbi, is the biggest nightmare any street cop can have. You do have your place in the scheme of things, by fighting crazed crack addicts, is a little more intense than having an equaition not add up(try it sometime, as matter of fact anytime u want to go for a ride along, and see REAL crime,(u know rape, murder, assault, drive by's, the crimes where people lose their lives and receive physical injuries, I will be glad to protect you).Oh, I don't think I would brag to much about being in on Jimmy Hoffa's case, in case u don't remember it's been over 20 years, and the fbi still don't know where he is. Also your statement of white collar scum RAPING shareholders is out of line. Until u have had to experience the total devistation a woman who has been a victim of rape has, don't petty the word rape in any other form other than what it really is.
>>Just so happens that some of all my children gravitated towards the telecommunications business. I learned a lot from them and occasionally offer that knowledge on SI.<<<
When I first read this, I was wondering what did a daytime soap opra have to do with this. then I figured it out, you missed a coma in there, and also the word ALL was not needed, if u are going to comment on someone's spelling and grammer, make damn sure your's is correct. As a matter of fact, I give no impression that I can not spell or write, and as a matter of fact, we have the best and most thorough academy in the country. Police officers from all over the state come to our academy. Our training is 7 months long before we step one foot on the street, which is the most training out of any Police Dept.s other than LAPD.
Also in closing, the reason I am able to devout time to this thread, is because I am at home, recovering from a neck operation. See fbi man while I was out on the street fighting REAL crime, I was runover by a drunk driver, which broke my neck, and required surgery to fix. Which I know don't compare to them "on job paper cut injuries you received while fighting those crazed numbers" but thats why I have the time. See my nerves in my hand are starting to come back, and as they do the tremors I have should subside, which in turn should make my typing improve, so u will be able to understand my posts better.
Just out of curiousity fbi agent(retired), u ever use a method to get someone to confess to what they are, by using a word the general public would use, not one a professional would use, only to have that person correct u, by using the professional word. If not u should try it sometime, it always works.....Ken M |
