Dwight-- I'm certainly no fan of most analysts, though there are some good ones. At least we haven't been dumped on by the ghastly bunch at SoundView, whom I utterly loathe. Still, as you say they're influential. My object in posting that stuff was to offer a reality check: NOVL's unlikely to be getting any upgrades between now and the end of next quarter. Since I never meant to be in for the long term (as you perhaps know, I never meant to be in at all), I'd like to see a takeover in the very near future. I think Investor Relations' comments about the filing date of the poison pill doc being either a coincidence or a snafu on the part of the legal department disingenuous to say the least. The apparent lack of interest in naming a new CEO also suggests to me that something's in the works. We'll soon see, I imagine. Or perhaps not; in the past I've sat on stock for ages waiting for a buyout finally to be effected. In fact at the moment I'm still grimly hanging on to USLD. Janice
