August 6, 1998 is scheduled for a special meeting to finalize the merger with American Explorer. Looks like we are making progress. Can anyone help with some valuation for Optima's current reserves listed in form 10-k/a-2? With 11M shares outstanding, what share value can be assigned to following reserves? proved reserves gas 3,228 mmcf liquids 876 mbbls proved developed reserves gas 2,333 mmcf liquids 554 mbbls We also need American Explore's reserves, but so far I have not seen any information on them.
