Keep in mind we are a week or so away from a qtr end, and we could be seeing liquidation leading into that. Possible.

More to the point though IMO, I stand by my comments of this company continuing to be de-valued by the market until they prove themselves. So if in fact they do take a cash and book value hit, the market will value accordingly with similar discounts as we have been used to. I'm not sure any of this is that unpredictable, once the company announced this acquisition back in March. The uncertainty here is the culprit.

At the same time, I don't find trying to time this that appetizing. I believe buyers will take notice, either when Tricomin is launched, or the revenue breaks six figures, or some other event. De-listing is one of those things disgruntled investors and shorts love to wave around to create negativity. You may want to check into the Nasdaq rules. They don't just automatically and instantly de-list if you drop below $1. There are minimum net asset requirements (like $4 mil - last I checked we were above $20 mil) as well as various schedules regarding stock price. It's probably worth checking into to avoid being caught off guard, but I certainly don't see it as a reason to dump this stock forever.

I know this management is keenly interested in moving their stock higher. My focus is on the number of positive events that have transpired in the last year and are poised to transpire now. A guy like Matt Leavitt does not waste his time on a company he expects to be tanked in a year. Quite on the contrary. Those are the kinds of signs I look for when hunting for bargains in the stock market. Management does not come out and say breakeven in 1999 if they don't have a strong case for it. They also don't buy stock. Nor do they gain partners, nor do the consistently get FDA clearance on new products at the rate they are going. And although I agree it is important to watch your back at all times, this company is in the midst of a major turn-around. That in and of itself creates confusion and uncertainty - especially to Wall St. Therein lies the heart of why I think the stock has not, to date, begun to reflect the dramatic changes taking place at Procyte.
