Dear Sir/Madam : With all due respect you got my points wrong for the following reason :

I did not use "fraud" . I said he promotes his positions. He has the right to promote his hedge fond LONGS . We also have the right to say he is biased ih his opinion when he is LONG or badmouth the stocks he is SHORTS.

Whether on not I have INSIDE INFORMATION, YOU SHOULD KNOW AT THE END OF HIS ARTICLE at thestreet.com he write he has position in those stocks in his hedge fund or he writes he like to short this or that. This is public information you should be aware of.

You and I when We either LONG or SHORT , We have no thestreet.com to promote our position. He does have

You and I cannot go to CNBC to state our reasons why we are long or short a stock, He does have this luxury.

IMHO, He should separate his interest in his hedge fund from thestreet.com which has journalistic value in order to preserve the ingerity of thestreet.com .
