Thus Cisco will have to try and prove they havent violated any patents in court. Tough with a judge and jury who are not that "technical" literate. Uhh, this is the US. LU will have to prove CSCO violated, not the reverse. But your second statement is true. Tough with a judge and jury who are not that "technical" literate.
