I will take your word for it that the amount they are seeking to raise is $35 million. But it doesn't change the mathematical relationship I was referring to. For each TSQD share, add .44 times the offering price of each DR share. (Whatever price the market for DR shares will bear). And that last part is the hard question, that I thought DocStone did a nice job on in his post. I don't have anything to add to beyond that. Brian
