John,

Thoughtful analysis. However, are you investing or trading this stock? Many of the folks here are LT holders, who got in on this at the IPO (or close to it), and now have a year of ownership (and close to a triple bagger).

I think for trading or finding a new entry point to own, your analysis makes sense. For LT vision, those holding now shouldn't be thinking of selling, as the real fun begins shortly with the FCC ruling and the network moving nicely to completion.

Sure it's down from it's high. I think scared money left the stock as the general market rounded the top. Nothing wrong with a triple in a year, so take some or all of it off the table.

But again, I think it will come back. There are solid recommendations for $52 ina year. Many pundits are claiming that some of these company's are the CSCO's, MSFT's, and INTC's of the future. Can you deny that telecom is the "place to be" now? Just watch FSTCX, as well.

I've got a position that I am holding that says QWST will be right in there for the LT.

Just my opinion and I have IPO stock.
