Bernadette Murphy, regular panelist and poor stockpicker (she's a
"technician" and one of the original "elves") mentioned CA. She is
with Kimmel and Co. (now there is major player LOL).

The guest was Ken Heebner of CGM fame who liked the Boston Properties
REIT. Now there is a one who has stockpicking credentials. He only re-
cently started some REIT funds. I remember well when he said to bail
out of Ascend at 65 before it went to 22!
