Well then let's look at that analysis. First I want to say right off that I think the assertion that the assets are worth $200M is a bogus assumption. There is no evidence of this being a fact. None at all but a reference in a company press release. But accepting this as a number to work from, you actually mean they didn't pay anything? Are there any more like you on that planet you come from. Have I got some deals for you. What they paid, if you bother to think about it, is that they left 20M shares in someone else's hands. They let go 28.6% of their assets to get where they are? So you are telling me that this is a fair wash because they are going to withdraw this comparable value in salaries and expenses. And this is ok with you? These guys are worth $57M in salaries and bennies, if their numbers are correct, and that's ok? Yikes, Compensation Committee to the Corporate Counsel's office, stat.
