It's very difficult when one is in this business to try and explain it to someone who is not in the business. I shall simply chalk up your misperceptions as belonging to one who is inexperienced. No point in me trying to keep on explaining as I doubt if you would understand...but I will say this...I never said that they would receive a comparable value in salaries. Read again what I said....read it carefully...and perhaps you might begin to understand. Perhaps not. But that is the only statement or explanation as to how it works that I am going to make.
