OK folks.... I've got a question. Unless PAIR has discovered the cure for cancer why would anyone want to buy them out or merge? Today, you can buy basically the same products PAIR makes from any number of vendors so why buy the cow when the milk is on sale?

Being long the shares this question isn't a jab at pair but intended develop some thinking around the wisdom of holding the shares based on one analyst's opinion.
