Tom, I look at Gails's action quite different from you. I think Gail has been acting quite ethically and is doing an excellent job in her position. Moreover, she is certainly not perpetuating a fraud. What Gail has done is raise just enough capital to keep the company going so that the Phase 3 studies may be completed to their logical end. At that time, the results of the studies can be definitively interpreted.

Gail has assembled a credible BOD that can give input with little monetary return. She has also not wasted money on unneeded PR. Moreover, she has not abandoned ship prematurely. Morevoer, she has even hinted that the results of the Phase 3 study may not be efficacious. I believe this was posted several months ago.

In other words, her tenure at Alfacell may in the long run demonstrate her loyalty and ethical responsibility.
