Sup, I'm really hot on the idea of an ASND/TLAB merger. I'm not sure TLAB would pay much of a premium, because they are roughly the same size on a revenue basis. But with TLAB/CIEN/ASND you get the ultimate focus on the service provider infrastructure, literally no product overlap, and great marketing reach. I don't a think takeover premium would be necessary, since IMO, wall street would love the deal, and naturally add premium. This company would have about $3B in revenue (trailing), about $600M net (trailing), be positioned to go head to head with CSCO and LU. What do you think? Gary
