At the annual meeting they announced that they only bought back 100,000 shares. Even if they bought every share at $29 (high since buy back announcement) they would have only spent 2.9 million. I would bet they never paid more than $20 per share. Right after the buy back announcement the stock took off from $15 to the low 20's.
