AD: I wonder how confidence levels are now after recent Senate hearings and news out of Russia, China, Japan and yesterday India. Not to mention upward cost revisions by large corp.as well as newly found problems in what was previously thought to be Y2K compliant software.US army says 2008 at its current pace.Confidence by informed sources in GOVT. and private industry plunging per recent press.
