This is the argument made by the writer Rublin in Barron's last October. Frankly, I have never seen a company valued on the basis of the initial investment amount. This is not a recognized method of valuing companies. On this basis, You would have to slam Bill Gates and Paul Allen of Microsoft, since they sunk a couple of hundred bucks and their garage into creating Ms-DOS. Ditto Wozniak and Apple computer.

Ar you saying that if you have a brilliant idea, that you don't need investment capital from somewhere? According to your reasoning, we should also avoid all bitotech stocks because their lanbs received seed money from big drug manucfacturers.

Why go to an investment bank when you can go to the people who will market your product? Can an ivnestment bank market you, or leverage its existing government contacts? I don't think so.

To be consistent dppl, would you make the same criticism of biotech startups if they go to major drug houses for startup capital?

BTW, thanks for making a reasoned bear case for Zitl. Lets keep this sort of thing going.
