Hello Joe,
I'm sorry I can't help him either. What really strikes me as funny with all this is that small cap companies as a matter of routine give out stock options to those that can disseminate information to the public. I've personally never had a problem with this but never was considered in such a position to receive options(GGG). I know in your position (careerwise) that you could not even dream of excepting options from a company. You have a client base which would make steering not only illegal but unethical as well. Once again I don't understand the innuendo.

DCI is an emerging company and stands on its own as does FTEL and for some reason there is a group out there with an agenda that feels any rise in price in DCI is somehow related to the price movement of FTEL. Everyone I know that owns DCTC also owns FTEL and I've not heard of any selling and can personally speak that I still own all my shares. I personally like both companies and certainly have no reason to see the share price depressed on either. What really baffles me about all this is that the negative posters all were in a position to make really good money on DCI. If they made good money on DCI, I don't understand their beef and if they didn't, that fault lies within themselves.

It is a shame that this board has degenerated to the point where those still in this stock are not allowed to be positive about all the good things DCI has going for it but that seems to be the way it is. How many boards have you ever seen where the CEO takes his personal time to answer questions from non-shareholders? This board had the potential to get information out to the small shareholder in ways they never had open to them before. Our society has managed to produce individuals that seem to delight in the tearing down of others to momentarily boost their non-existant self-esteem. Those individuals only cause everyone to lose as the people with information and contacts take their information back private and become unwilling to share it because of all the garbage they must endure to post in a public domain.

Mr. Murphy, I send my congratulations on the closing of the Muller deal and wish you the best in the future as I have personal stake in your continued success. You have managed to complete more acquisitions in 18 months than most merger and acquisition people are able to complete in a lifetime. Thank you for taking the time to speak to me on the phone and for your contributions to this board. You have done more than any CEO I've ever had the pleasure to talk to and I do appreciate it. I continue to be encouraged by the direction you have taken DCI and wish you and yours a Happy Holiday.

Brad, I sincerely appreciate your efforts. It has been fun getting to know you. I wish you, Jen and Di all the best.

Joe Medsker, I have also appreciated getting to know you. That has been the best part of my 7 years online....getting to meet and know so many diverse and interesting people.

I have grown tired of reading the daily tripe on the boards. The whiners/crybabies with their hidden agendas have created an atmosphere on SI totally devoid of fun. I don't have enough time in my day to warrant dealing with their petty behavior and hidden agendas that they don't have the courage to discuss in public. This will be my last post in this forum as once again the whiners will deprive others of information.....

Sincerely,

Lou Truex
