Frank - thank you for the post re Cisco integration of IP+ATM technology. I just finished reading an article in IBD re Texas Instruments plans re DSPs. I understand DSPs convert analog voice signals into digital signals. TI currently has 45% market share with Lucent at 28%, Motorola at 12% and Analog Devices at 12%. Others are 3%. TI and Motorola have cross licensed patents. Is there any chance that one of these companies like Lucent could develop a break-out technology in DSPs that convert voice to data and vice versa and leverage that technology to gain market share in the telecom equipment market
