Another email from a non SI person.. some questions:

I know the 1st question has been answered in the past, but i dont have the post handy. It is 10 people, and someone answered the "how is that possible" portion before.. trying to remember the answer off top of my head.

As to where the money came from, remember a lot of restriced share had been issued since Dec 31, 1997 (not in float--restricted shares) so that is where lots of capital is raised. Not sure how much dinero HSTV had.. if any.

Daniel, you can probably answer the last question the best since you were there.. I also think someone has visited the co. since Daniels post and said that digital equipment is definately installed at this time.

Lastly, in the header are the phone numbers for GNNX and even Dutch Associates.. if you have questions please try them as well.. its a phone call away. And feel free to email me the questions and answers and I can post them if you are not a SI member. For every question someone asks I am sure there are 3 or 4 people wondering the same thing.

Mark

I have been in GNNX now for a couple of months and have been itching to
see some comment on some concerns I have, but havn't yet seen mention of
them on SI.

I'm not a member (due to the cost), but am hoping that you, as a fellow
shareholder, might take pity and lead me to some answers or ask the
board yourself (if you too have wondered).

Like probably everyone else, I bought in because of the low stock price
coupled with the incredible contracts they announced. I lurked through
Dan's visit and all of the excitement through to the present.
Anyway...to the points:

First, just how many people make up this company? I read that there are
10 in the Culver City office. I can't figure out how they can be in so
many different areas (music, film, telecommunicatons) with so few
people.

Second, how have they purchased all of their assets? I'm thinking of
the music library and its 40million dollar worth, and the expensiv high
tech camera equipment. Where did that come from? Did the CEO buy it
out of pocket?

When I read Dan's report I was bothered that the digital editing
equipment wasn't even in the room (even though the press release made it
sound like they had it), and the lack of detail on the music library
(just a list of artists was presented). I hate to be suspicious but
where is the proof of these things? Other than the contracts it didn't
sound like he saw much of anything else that would demonstrate that this
is a legitimate business.

Would GNNX lie? I hope not, but I once owned a high flyer (Miniscribe)
that was so fraudulent that they sent bricks instead of disk drives to a
customer and when the customer returned the bricks they recorded it as
disk drives in inventory!! So, crap like that does happen.

I find it hard to believe that I am the only one who has wondered about
these things. I want very much to believe in GNNX because the
potential sounds incredible, but my common sense is telling me that
these questions should be answered and no investor should have to wonder
what the truth is about them.

Sorry to take up your time, and I understand if you don't care to reply
as you didn't request this. If you do answer or at least raise some of
the same questions to the board, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for your time, and good luck on all of your investments. Ted
