Basically, they are the discount brokerage house that the Royal Bank owns. One, or more of their clients are very bullish, as of late! Now I wish I could get the insider trading reports for CNP, possibly one of the directors deals through Dominion and good news may be on the way. A huge block trade went through mid-week.
