Here is a direct quote from the "UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT NORTHERN DISTRICT OF INDIANA HAMMOND DIVISION" findings against our friendly promoter and consultant JOE LANZA and his wife JAYNE in the pump-and-dump scheme that JOSEPH and JAYNE LANZA orchestrated in 1987 known as "Sensi":

"JOSEPH LANZA and JAYNE LANZA, wife of JOE LANZA, knowingly and willfully devised and intended to devise an artifice to DEFRAUD and obtain money by means of FALSE AND FRAUDELENT PRETENSES from numerous investors...It was part of the SCHEME that in order to get investors to invest in the oil wells JOSEPH LANZA FALSELY AND FRAUDELENTY told investors that he and his wife JAYNE LANZA had a significant amount if their own money invested in the oil wells and the he and his wife were covering a large portion of the expenses associated with the oil wells. This was stated to the investors as to give them a false sense of security...In reality JOSEPH LANZA and JAYNE LANZA had NONE OF THEIR OWN money in the oil wells and NEVER contributed to the operating expenses of the wells...It was further a part of JOSEPH and JAYNE LANZA'S SCHEME that neither JOSEPH nor JAYNE LANZA ever disclosed to investors that a large portion of the money that the investors were sending to JOSEPH and JAYNE LANZA was being spent on personal items and JOSEPH and JAYNE LANZA'S extravagant lifestyle."

I believe Wes has re-posted Addi's post showing were the entire text of the grand jury findings against the Lanza's can be found.

I also believe that our friendly promoter is now saying that he has invested a lot of his own and his wife's money in Xecom/AirStar. Should we believe him?

P.P.S. My conclusion from all this: It's time to dump Joe V and Dennis Casey and bring back Joe and Jayne. After all, they say they have invested tons of their own money in Xecom/AirStar.....
