***** Off Topic -- Speech Recognition *****

Ken,

A number of questions:
a) Which program(s) do you like for speech recognition?
b) Can any of them be set to work for more than one language? (I'm particularly interested in German and Russian)
c) Same as above, but simultaneously, so that they could accept speech in language 'A' and language 'B', so that two people who could read both languages but not speak both, could communicate?

I have seen some translation programs (a couple of years old now), which were capable of surprisingly good translations of textual data. However, they were still far from perfect and needed someone to come in afterwards and 'clean up' the translation... Still, they were timesavers.

Regards, 3.
