Responsibility to the shareholders goes along with being a public company. If they are not responding to you, then there is a problem. I would recommend you give them one more call and advise them that your next call will be to the SEC. The SEC will be more than happy to talk to you. They even return calls! Let us know what happens. I am a shareholder also and needless to say, I am not very happy with the performance of MXMX. If they do not respond, I will follow your call/e-mail to the SEC with one of my own. She may be able to brush shareholders off, but she will not brush off a call from the SEC.
