Alan:
You may call me a sick puppy, but you are a mystic -- and to anyone who respects the best that is human, that is the foulest appellation a human being can have.
Mystics are the dregs of humanity and one of the dragging weights that make it so difficult for the human race to forge ahead.
Mystics are the overly heavy leaden chains that try to wrap themselves around the creators and real visionaries throughout history.
Mystics are useless to society, but reshape society into a senseless mass of droning hypocrites.
BTW, I never said I have all the answers -- you and a few others on this thread made that claim. So if you're going to attack that, then attack your own words. Another example of sloppy thinking on your part. You accuse someone of something, and later on try to lay the claim at their doorstep. Sorry, I won't let you get away with that.
You are also quite foolish to call me shallow since you are being exposed to only one facet of me at the present and I am zeroing in on only one aspect of non-objective thought: that of organized mysticism.
A mystic does believe they have all the answers, because anything they do not know they take on faith or believe that a deity will provide for them.
I am not being dogmatic, merely analytical. Mystical thinking is the shallowest form of thinking. So if there is anyone who is shallow around here the finger does not point at me.
