Jeffrey, Thanks for your reply. I've heard the argument about the relative stability of equipment users over equipment suppliers, but I've noticed that the near-term growth estimates seem to be higher for ETEC. And I've wondered about whether DPMI and PLAB might suffer if more semi companies opted to buy the equipment and produce more in-house. Do you see any indication of trends one way or the other -- toward greater in-sourcing or out-sourcing of this business?
How is it that DPMI has more exposure to Asia? Don't both companies compete in the Asia market? Is it simply that more of DPMI's historical business has been in Asia? or that they have committed more resources to the Asia market?
Does it seem pretty clear that DuPont wants to unload their stake or is there some possibility that they might want to acquire DPMI?
