>>>DBMS license growth has slowed dramatically in FY98, into
low double digits, with no signs of increasing
- application license revenue growth has been inconsistent in
FY98, and Q4 license revenue growth was flat year to year, in a
market that's been growing mid-double digits <<<

DBMS license growth was 24% in Q4 and 34% in Q3 in Americas.

Sales was up 33% in Q4 (in Americas).

Overall revenues for Q4 increased 28% in local currencies. (24% in US dollars).

MSFT's revenue growth was 18% last quarter. So it has slowed down more dramatically.
