Here is the latest form Individual Investor's report dated 6-10-98:

RomTech makes budget or value priced software (under $20), including games such as Solitaire, and office help products such as Fonts. Its Galaxy of Games series of titles, which offers customers comer than 300 games for $9.99 has been a consistent best seller since the beginning of 1997.

CFO Jerry Klein reports that RomTech should meet SSR's fourth quarter estimates of $0.05 per share and $0.18 per share for the fiscal year. RomTech is planning to release its earnings on July 15.

There have been some obstacles in the quarter. for instance, distributor Slash consolidated its Minneapolis warehouse with its Edison NJ warehouse in order to reduce costs and increase operating efficiencies. "This activity has impacted our expectations for the quarter, but we have done all we can to minimize the impact," Jerry Klein told SSR.

Mr. Klein state that international sales could be 20% of total revenue in Fiscal 1999. He explained that margins were better for international products, because it did not take much to translate basic games into foreign languages thanks to "the universal language of games".

The pressure that remains on RomTech's stock price is the result of Odyssey Capital selling every time it gets above $2.50 per share.

Eventually, RomTech's fundamentals will win over, or Odyssey's selling will end, and RomTech could soar.
