I won't be surprised to see a deal of some kind here, along the lines of contracted assembly of stacks. RDRT is likely closing their Penang stack asy plant in favor of their Manila location which is very close to the huge Fujitsu campus there. This is busines RDRT wouldn't have considered 18 months ago (if it should happen).
