Rob, the best way to get information on PMAT is to go to their web site, www.PMAT.com This will tell u about their technology and why it's better. As to how far behind AMAT and LRCX is, is anyones guess, but what I usually hear is 12 to 18 months. Rob, their etch is great, but check out their "Forcefill" technology they recently acquired from Electrotech. If you like their etch, you are going to love their forcefill. I think the Forcefill sales will outpace PMATs etch revenues. dave
