You won't necessarily have the full 250,000 shares this quarter. They are "averaged" or pro-rated based on the date during the quarter that the acquisition was made (which I don't have in front of me)and the shares were issued.

If the sale closed one month into the quarter, about 160,000 shares will be added to this quarter's EPS calculation, two months into the quarter only 80,000, and so on.
