What isn't a misrepresentation,is the fact that this company has failed to file updated finacials.When was the last audited 10K filed by this company?(Aug.5,1997-yearend 1996?)

The Registrant is still immersed in accounting procedures due
to recent acquisitions which have resulted in unavoidable delays.

When were these acquistions completed in the fiscal year 1997?
Why should any talks with Caye effect the 1997 filing?

One last question,who has dumped 2M plus 144 shares on the market in the last year?(123,750 @0.15 reprorted 4/98. Note another 144 filing reported 5/20,but I can't access) DD
PS: where is the 10Q for the first quarter? Where is the 10Q/nt filing? What is the company hiding?
