To Tom &Stak The Ministery is releasing the preliminary data on the Lac Volant showing,the works done up to now,give a better understanding on this area,and Carrier-Perreault is happy that those results confirm the mineral potential of Lac Manitou,Nipisso and Volant,although she said "more exploration work and drillings will have to be done to confirm the extension of the mineralization in depth and to identify other showings".All data on this area and the result of a Beep Mat survey are available at the ministry. Concerning the 130 claims of Quebec's Gov a decision will be taken soon,as what to be done with those claims after consulting with the ministery council. Many new showings of copper and nickel have been discovered in the area of Havre St Pierre and Lac Tortue.Nine showings in the first one and four in the second one. Nothing new in this press release,only the last paragraph,I think Tiomin(TIO:mse,tse)with Soquem have a block of claims near the Havre St Pierre area and perhaps St Genevieve also. Today and up to now no new press release,it will be usefull as from moday to contact the PR of the compagnies involved in Sept-Iles,I will try to call Virginia and Sirois.
