Skeeter, my premises are very simple, if MU is to be around for the next few years they got to fight the DRAM wars. This acquisition put them in a much better position to fight this war. I do not know what the outcome will be, but this acquisition tilts the situation in favor of MU not in "disfavor". Zeev
