HEADER: EVERYONE MUST READ THE Good post BY Bullmarket(14579). dgiv must stay above 4 in order to get into nasdq listing. we all know that this is what Jimmy wants to do in the past few months. remember, sb-10 is ONLY for potential investors, but not for nasdq listing if they are acquiring another nasdq listing co. we know from the press release and good DD that, dgiv is in the process of "serious negotiation with the company with small carriers" from Jimmy....this is an excellent opportunity that dgiv is striving to do "whatever they can" to get the nasdq listing. we have been moving a long way till this point. Keep a big picture in mind, a little patience, and Wait a series of press release from dgiv as that happened in april....which should not be too long. the press release have told us what they are planning to do... Bullmarket, do u agree? regards Bill L
