What do you prefer:
A)FAMH with no CFO
B)FAMH with a CFO

Chances are that you are not convinced this particular man can do the job.
How long does it take a proactive person to come in, new to a company
and turn things around? I will certainly give him more than 3 weeks to become a spokes person for the company.

I agree that Randy makes a better presentation... he is also the Pres. and I expect to hear company reports from Randy or Arif, they have the authority.
