Sherman asked,..."Hey jd2.....Could I borrow, your Tiger lool-a-like suite one more time?"...... the answer of course is yes...however i better send you my cold weather insulated version. that is based on previously posted info that you can't buy Sexi anymore...but you can sell it if you would like. i find this quite interesting, but if in fact it is the case you may have a little wait outside in the tall grass while you await your Sexi prey. now lets see...what could this mean...you can sell (very cheaply of course, maybe $.18 if you get a good fill. but you can't buy at any price...very interesting...i'm wondering,..hey...who's going to be buying all this Sexi paper that is unwilling to sell it for any price at present? someone, somebody,s or somthing has to be buying this stock if people can sell it. now let's speculate here a little... let's say that me and some of my pals decided that we want to aquire a large quanity of Sexi stock...you know that trying to buy stock on the pinks is a pain in the butt. you can't get large orders filled because the pink mm's carry little if any inventory, and they will only sell you what they have in hand as sell orders, as well the price is all over the place as sell orders are limit at various prices, and you will have to buy paying this..that..and whatever..not knowing what your average share price will be when your done acumulating. so me and my pals say...hey wait a minuite...let's talk to the handful of pink mm's that are making market in this issue and make them a deal they can't refuse. let's tell them that we will buy up to (insert large number of shares here) for (insert one price here). the pinky guys like it. they now have a much easier job to do. they don't have to match varies buyers...they know how much they can get for the paper so they can execute all the sell orders they want without concern of having buyers at a higher price for what ever the sell order was executed at. BEWARE under this senario the only way the mm's can increase their margin is to pay less for your stock!! so the price should drift lower if i'm correct...this will promote more selling and more profits for the pinky bunch, as well as acomadating the buyer in terms of a complete fill. our fellow poster said no buying untill a BB listing. a BB listing is out of the control of the pink guy's as well as the buyer's,..but maybe not the buyers if they are the same folks in control of the submission of the promised revised financials to the SEC, very interesting indeed!! now keep in mind the above is only one man's opinion. and that same man say's the Cowboys cover in their game with the Redskins this afternoon. btw, for those dissapointed in not being able to pay for Sexi, no problem..i happen to carry an inventory in this one myself...available at $1.00/shr.....interested parties should feel free to e-mail your orders directly to me. jd2 (wondering who and why...and getting ready to watch the Cowboy's)
