I entire thing is available on Edgar and I didn't have a bit of trouble reading it and I did not find anything alarming or surprising. Voting option plans are normal business. Companies use Option plans to motivate and compensate employees -- so what's new? I also saw all of the normal risk factors highlighted, that we all know about. Who do you represent?
