"Dr. John Cioffi was the founder of Old Amati, has been a professor at Stanford since l986, has served on technical staffs of Bell Labs and IBM's Almaden Research Labs...and...he's credited with owning or controlling more stock than any other of the inside clowns: 1.17 mil shares plus an option to buy an additional 1.188 mil shares." Dr. Cioffi has been with Stanford since 1984. Scott I really don't care for your use of the term clowns when refering to other Amati Officers. Of course your free to use what ever terminology you wish, as am I. I prefer not to make any further comments on your post, as I'm sure you would not want me to make Crude comments about you or others I do not know anything about. I have cast my share of stones on this board, but with vaild reason. Just Clowning Around, JW@KSC
