OK, have my biggest complaint yet, unreliable internet service providers(ISPs). Cablevision, here on Long Island has a cable modem service called Optimum Online. When it works it awesome, but it goes down an average of 5X a week. At ~$40 bucks a month they should do a lot better. They never Email you before they're taking the system down for planned repairs and it takes about 15 minutes to get a tech on the phone to tell you their having problems. I am now using a dialup account I'm forced to keep because of how unreliable Optimum Online is.
