Thread, Could someone comment on MRVC's ASIC development? Does MRVC have an advantage in this area because they have successfully designed ASICs for an extended period of time? According to the article linked below, ASIC design is essential to Layer 3 switching, and the ability to put functions on Silicon is vital. Also, does anyone think that ASIC design capability alone could make a company an acquisition target. I read this article in hard copy several weeks ago, but have been too busy to post. Any comments by those more knowledgeable than I are appreciated. herring.com jc
